At Vestlyd, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a smooth and positive shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day free return policy: Try the products at home for up to 30 days, and if you’re not completely satisfied, you’ll receive a full refund.
To start a return, simply email us at support@vestlyd.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can ship the product back at no cost.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with all necessary shipping instructions. The return shipment will be arranged by us and handled either via a prepaid DHL return label or a scheduled pick-up by our partner, DSV. The method is determined by us based on your order and location. - Return Shipment via DHL or DSV.
DHL: If DHL is selected, you will receive a prepaid return label and must drop off the package at your local parcel shop.
DSV: If DSV is selected, the package will be picked up at your address. It is important that you are home at the agreed time. If you are not available, we reserve the right to arrange a new return shipment and charge for the additional pick-up. - Refund is on its way
