Refund policy
At Vestlyd, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a smooth and positive shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day free return policy: Try the products at home for up to 30 days, and if you’re not completely satisfied, you’ll receive a full refund.
To start a return, simply email us at support@vestlyd.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can ship the product back at no cost.
Timeframe for Returns and Refunds
Goods purchased from Vestlyd’s webshop are subject to a 30-day return policy (you can claim your money back or exchange your purchase for another product). The 30 days start on the day you receive the item. Any refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund. (Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase: e.g. extended return)
Shipping Costs
You receive free shipping on all orders and free returns on all orders. Return shipments will be arranged by us and will be handled either through a prepaid DHL return label or a pick-up by our shipping partner, DSV.
If DHL is used, you will need to drop off the package at your local parcel shop. If DSV is selected, the return will be picked up directly from your address. We reserve the right to choose the return method based on the order and destination country, and the customer generally cannot influence this decision.
If a pick-up is scheduled, it is important that you are at home at the agreed time. If you are not available, we reserve the right to arrange a new return shipment and charge for the additional pick-up. If the return requires drop-off at a parcel shop, it is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the package there.

Send us an email at support@vestlyd.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return request approved
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with all necessary shipping instructions. The return shipment will be arranged by us and handled either via a prepaid DHL return label or a scheduled pick-up by our partner, DSV. The method is determined by us based on your order and location.

DHL: If DHL is selected, you will receive a prepaid return label and must drop off the package at your local parcel shop.
DSV: If DSV is selected, the package will be picked up at your address. It is important that you are home at the agreed time. If you are not available, we reserve the right to arrange a new return shipment and charge for the additional pick-up.

Refund is on its way
You will receive an email once your refund has been approved and is being processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as it was when received, i.e. complete, undamaged and with all accessories. You will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the goods due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the goods. In other words - you can handle the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used more extensively than what has been described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value. To receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You can test the item, but not actually use it (as in normal, daily use).
- The original packaging must remain intact and undamaged. Should the original packaging not be available, we retain the right to charge a fee, and you will be refunded only a portion of the total amount (the fee will be deducted). This policy is implemented due to the necessity of relisting the item, which may involve providing new packaging (including handling costs).
