To start a return, simply email us at support@vestlyd.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can ship the product back at no cost.
Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with all necessary shipping instructions. The return shipment will be arranged by us and handled either via a prepaid DHL return label or a scheduled pick-up by our partner, DSV. The method is determined by us based on your order and location. - Return Shipment via DHL or DSV.
DHL: If DHL is selected, you will receive a prepaid return label and must drop off the package at your local parcel shop.
DSV: If DSV is selected, the package will be picked up at your address. It is important that you are home at the agreed time. If you are not available, we reserve the right to arrange a new return shipment and charge for the additional pick-up. - Refund is on its way
You will receive an email once your refund has been approved and is being processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

Ich habe mir vor ein paar Tagen die M6C gekauft. Gestern habe ich sie aufgebaut. Ich bin von dem Klang sehr begeistert und habe direkt Freunde eingeladen, mit denen ich die Speaker Probe hören konnte. Leider stehen die Speaker bei mir auf einem Eichenholz-Lowboard. Die Speaker habe ich in Oak-PCV bestellt. Hier bin ich sehr enttäuscht, weil das Furnier nicht die Wertigkeit des genialen Klangs wiederspiegelt. Ich hatte die Speaker extra in Oak-PCV bestellt, damit sie gut zum Echtholz-Lowboard passen. Gib es hier Möglichkeiten in weiteren Modellen Echtholzfurnier oder Holz zu verarbeiten? Das würde der Qualität der Speaker nur gerecht werden. Ganz liebe Grüße. Malte
