NOTE: Returns have a €49 shipping fee, deducted from your refund. 

Goods are dispatched through DSV as well as DHL and delivered to the curb of your home address. You will receive shipping details and a tracking number from DSV or DHL, along with the scheduled delivery time for your packages. Please note that the delivery timeframe cannot be changed.

To initiate a product return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service at support@vestlyd.com with your order number and return reason.
2. Once your request is approved, we will email you a shipping label (DHL) or provide the necessary information for a potential pickup (DSV). For DSV, the return shipment will be managed by us in collaboration with our shipping partner, DSV.
3. Ensure that you send back the product in its original box and with all of its accessories.
4. For DSV returns, the packages will be picked up at your address, so it is important that you are home at the agreed time. If you are not at home, we reserve the right to request a new return shipment and payment for it.
5. For DHL returns, you can drop off the parcel at your local post office (you will find a list of partner locations in the confirmation email).

Upon receiving and verifying the package's condition, you can expect a refund within 14 business days. You will receive an email once your refund has been approved and is being processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. 

DHL returns typically reach our Danish headquarters within a few days after arriving at DHL's parcel center in Neumünster, Germany.

At Vestlyd, we offer a genuine 3-year warranty on all our products. We have complete confidence in the quality of our products, and you shouldn't have to prove a defect if your product has an inherent issue.

Our warranty covers malfunctions and includes both spare parts and labor.

However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, improper connections, or damage during transportation due to poor packaging, professional use, or insufficient general maintenance.
